For 14 years DJ Chauncey D has celebrated The Queen of Pop’s birthday each August in NYC with his famous Madonna Worship Night. Originally conceived at Nowhere Bar in the East Village in 2009, the all Madonna all-night dance party now resides at the world-famous Stonewall Inn in the heart of the West Village in Manhattan, the very room Madonna herself kicked off the 50th anniversary of The Stonewall Riots on New Year’s Eve 2019 with a very special surprise appearance and performance. The night features curated performances by New York nightlife talent and encompass every inch of her almost forty-year career with popular hits, b-sides, rarities, and remixes throughout the evening. He even took the party to Lisbon in January of 2020 to coincide with the Madame X Tour there. Madonna Worship is now an international event! In 2014, scenes of Blond Ambition dancer Kevin Stea performing “Cherish” were filmed at Madonna Worship and featured in the documentary “Strike A Pose”!

The House Of Dandridge has garnered quite a reputation for being one of the most unique and creative events celebrating the legacy of Madonna, the queen of pop! DJ Chauncey D takes the helm and spins Madonna tracks and remixes, from rare to popular, from within her entire 40+ year career to a jubilant, packed to a capacity crowd of Madonna superfans and novices alike. This year, the event takes place on the second floor of the legendary Stonewall Inn on Christopher Street in the heart of the West Village on Saturday, August 20th a few short days after her 64th birthday. The party is usually so popular it spills down into the first-floor bar, the power of #MADONNAWORSHIP takes over the city for the night and is the talk of the town for months and months following!

This year, Chauncey shares DJ duties with NYC DJ legend and fellow Madonna aficionado T-Boy. There will be pop-up performances throughout the night starring iconic Madonna impersonator La Diva Ciccone along with a few other local NYC Madonna Worship drag queen staples and more! We’re incredibly excited that her much-anticipated collection of 50 number-one dance hits, “Finally Enough Love” will be released a day before our party this year as a bonus to our annual celebration of all things Madonna. All hail The Queen!
